2010 年度總共有50部短片電影以及9部長片電影輪番播映，從4月30日起一連九天將在華山創意園區與其他地方舉辦影片放映、音樂表演與座談會，還有一部奧斯卡得獎影片的首映會等各種精彩活動，遊牧影展將會再次創造全台最好玩影展的好口碑。短片的部份今年特別精彩，在5月7日頒奬典禮上，將會有三位來自不同領域的評審，包含濁水溪樂隊主唱小柯、獨立策展人徐文瑞、 2010台灣國際紀錄片雙年展策展人王耿瑜，要一起來選出2010年遊牧獎的得主。此外每位參加的觀眾也可以參與投票，當晚也會誕生最佳觀眾票選獎。
今年國外的邀請片可是充滿話題性，部部都有世界各地大型影展觀影人的背書。今年的主題「藍色地球 – 我的海洋」系列，第一部便是奧斯卡鍍金記錄片《血色海灣The Cove》，這可是在城市遊牧影展中舉辦的全台首映喔！本周五4/30怎麼可以錯過唯一一次，比電影院上線還搶先一步欣賞的機會呢？《救鯊行動 Sharkwater》也不遑多讓，它可是全球14個影展的得獎佳片，而不是你桌上那碗魚翅湯；影展也要向大眾揭露人性的醜惡，與平常我們總是不願面對的世界黑暗面 -《獵殺大象To Shoot An Elephant》、《徹底否認Total Denial》這可不是甚麼保育片，這可是真真實實的人禍與戰爭，瞧瞧人們為了爭奪資源而變得多麼殘酷無情…《震撼主義The Shock Doctrine》則是著名左派作者娜歐蜜‧克蘭（Naomi Klein）的最新大作，有句話說「資本主義是把利刃，刀鋒過處，無不鮮血直噴」，快來體驗資本主義如何血染了我們的藍色星球…
嘿嘿，但城市遊牧可不是沉重的影展，我們是music lover! (party lover, too?!)
2010年早春遊牧影展請到了DJ Diplo在LUXY辦了一場趴替，春夏之際我們再度帶來他的電影《Favela On Blast》，瞧瞧熱情的巴西如何用電臀與放克音樂征服世界。重點是，當天我們綁架了來自日本的Mimie-chan！！瘋狂的團員每年都在墾丁春天吶喊讓音樂人失心瘋，今年他們沒參加春吶，因為他們決定要用兩倍的超驚悚、超震撼的音樂和舞台服讓各位的耳膜與視神經爆表！5/1還是團員Ozawa 的生日，就敬請期待他們的驚人之舉~
不只如此，城市遊牧還帶來了《Copyright Criminals》－電音掛或嘻哈掛們非看不可，請勿錯過的一部片，Creative Commons的台灣區代表趙柏強為我們獻出他的影片介紹之處女秀，到底音軌的取樣/竊盜的關係有多微妙，來了你就知道。當天星光閃耀，榮獲美國獨立音樂大獎 (Just Plain Folks Awards)之最佳團體獎，以及最佳混音的【拷秋勤樂團】主唱范姜也要來啦！還有達人DJ Marcus Aurelius的現場表演，錯過了一定會令你懊悔不已，快上官網查詢詳細節目單吧！

THE ENGLISH PART: TAIWAN'S FUNNEST FILM FEST IS BAKC!!!!
Yeah, we know we misspelled "back." The 9th Urban Nomad Film Festival will take place over 9 days with 9 features films from April 30th and ending, well, you probably guessed it, May 9th. (Actually, our last screening is May 8th, but we just like adding another 9 in there!)

This year’s theme is the “Blue Earth” which a particular focus on ocean conservation. We are proud to announced the “The Cove,” an Oscar winning documentary will be our opening film, and this environmental theme will be further pursued with the documentary, "Sharkwater” detailing the world’s dwindling shark populations as a result of our appetite for shark’s fin soup. This film has also won many accolades, taking 14 international prizes for best documentary
Urban Nomad also prides itself on showing films that you can’t see elsewhere, such as the work of up and coming filmmakers and underground artists. Each evening we will present an hour-long program of this work before each of our feature films.
A special awards ceremony has also been scheduled due to popular demand. On Friday, May 7th , audiences will be treated to the very best submissions we received this year, a short-list of films nominated for our annual Urban Nomad Award (including total prize money of NT$15,000).
This competition will be judged by local celebrities such LTK lead singer Xiao Ke (小柯), well known art curator Manray Hsu (徐文瑞), film programmer for the 2010 Taiwan International Documentary Festival Angelika Wang (王耿瑜) and you, the audience!

"Copyright Criminals," a documentary film tracing the history of hip-hop and electronic music.
